LARC owns and operates two residential group homes in Lee County.  The Cape Coral Community Residence is located off Country Club, near the Midpoint Bridge, on a bus line.  The Cape Coral home is wheelchair accessible.  The North Shore Community Residence is located in North Fort Myers on the Caloosahatchee River, near a bus line.

Both homes are licensed for 6 individuals and provide room/board and 24 hour supervision in a person centered, home like environment.  Individuals are provided with life skills training, including meal preparation, home making skills, personal hygiene, medication awareness and budgeting. Health care management is provided and individuals are educated regarding overall health and well being.  Residents participate in group and individual community inclusion and recreational activities of their choice.

Residents are encouraged and trained to be as independent as possible and move on to supported living if appropriate.
